The vibrating screens are used for sizing different types of

Vibratory screeners are becoming more widely used across various
industries because they allow for strict size-control and efficient
separation in material sorting. Each vibration method ensures the
particles passing along the screen, if small enough, will have the
opportunity to fall through the screen mesh between the start and
end of the deck. Each style comes in standard sizes, but can be
customized with different deck systems, including wire mesh, steel,
rod decks or polyurethane panels.
Structure of Vibrating screen machine
Mainly by the screen box, shaker, the suspension (or supporting)
devices and electric motors and other components. The motor drives
the main shaft of the exciter to rotate through the V-belt. Due to
the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the
exciter, the screen box is vibrated. By changing the eccentric
weight of the exciter, different amplitudes can be obtained.Single, double, and triple deck configurations allow for the
ultimate in-process flexibility.
